Like the feel of the ball but after a few months of use the ball seems to be lopsided. Do not know what caused this? Can still use.

This stability ball workout is much harder than others when using the Resistance Bands as a total body workout. I saw this ball on a video clip with Bob Harper and had to have it.

This product has increased my cardio workout without adding extra stress to my body. There are many ways to use this product including videos over the internet that you can learn more ways to use it other than what is provided in the instructions that came with it.

I love the size of the ball which is great for being able to grab between your legs for crunches. The band is also good for getting a great strength training workout.

As far as yoga balls go I think this product is quality. I don’t use any of the other items in the package but the yoga ball was a good deal for what you get.
