I really like this product. I take it in the morning prior to workouts and it gives me an extra boost to get through and the energy to work harder than I normally would.
It is the best product I have found. Does not make me jittery, however, I never have time for morning coffee before a workout. I suppose that could change wheter you are jittery.
I do find that more than once a day is too much. I tried taking the afternoon dose and did not sleep.

I bought this pill at the recommendation of my personal trainer. I had been working out for almost 3 months & had not dropped a pound. I was told that a few other female clients had taken this pill & they had seen very quick results. I unfortunately had too many negative side effects & had to discontinue using it, therefore I did not lose any weight taking it.
This pill:
1. made me hyperventilate & sweat profusely
2. made my mouth & throat extremely dry .. I was literally drink about 2 gallons of water a day on this pill
3. gave me MASSIVE headaches
I really would NOT recommend this pill to ANYONE

I used to do Nutrisystem in 2008 it worked really good i lost 73 pounds on it but its too much money. I got laid off my job at the end of 2008 i couldnt buy the Nutrisystem i gaind 35 pounds back I was so sad
I even joind the gym I just couldnt loose the weight I kept on looking for stuff that could work I really dont like taking pills but I thought its time to try something that would not make me want to eat because I LOVE FOOD lol and I am not going to hide it. I bought the Lipo 6 Black Hers and started them 01-12-2010 Monday My weight was 235 the first day I couldnt eat I had to make myself eat which never happends lol I had a huge amount of energy I just wanted to do stuff I started working out on my tredmil only 20 minutes a day and also since I did Nutrisystem in the past I did it with my own food i ate 4 times a day NO SUGER or BREAD Monday-Friday Saturday and Sunday I let myself have some 
well I told myself i will weigh myself in a week and see how much i lost on 01-19-2010 Monday I got on the scale and my weight was 225 I lost 10 pounds in a week!!!! So if you really want to loose weight you should give these pills a try I am going to order some more so I could lose 25 more!!! Also just wanted to let everyone know that I am not a big coffee person it makes me feel sick but these pills dont I feel great no bad feeling just feel great!!
