   I started to take the pills Saturday, June 21, 2009 after 5 weeks I have lost 8.2lb. I am giving five starts to these pills because I could not lose weight at all. I do workout 4 to 5 times a week.

   Good

   * It suppresses my appetite a little bit. I am eating normal amount of food; I am not over eating. I am full after a few bites.
   
   * It stops my “sweet tooth” cravings.
   
   * I am drinking a lot of water.
   
   * I taking the pills every other day.

   Bad
   
   * The 1st day I took the pills about 7a.m. at night I couldn’t fall asleep until three or four in the morning.
   
   * First week when I took the pills, I feel a little jittery. I couldn’t sleep well at night.
   
   * First week when I took the pills, I got chills.
   
   * When I take the pill, I get dry mouth, and I get irritated easily.
   
   * I was sensitive to the pill. I took the pills two days in the row and I could not sleep for almost three days. After taking the pills every other day for two weeks, I started to sleep better. I don’t have the side effects that I had the first week.

   * Why am I giving five stars? I finally found the pills that are helping me to lose my extra weight. I workout 4 to 5 times a week, but used to eat a lot. Now I am eating less, and I seeing the results that I wanted. I ordered more pills; I want to lose my extra 12.6lb. I will take these pills until I reach my goal.

   It worries me the long-term side effects.

   Week 1 I lost 3.6lb.
   
   Week 2 I lost 0.6lb
   
   Week 3 I lost 1.1lb
   
   Week 4 I lost 1.1lb
   
   Week 5 I lost 1.8lb (I have lost 8.2pds)

   I ordered more pills; I want to lose 12.6lb more.

   I ordered this product thinking I might lose a little weight but I got it on Monday April 20th and today april 24, i am down 6lbs already!I love that I don’t have the weird side effects like with previous things I have tried in the past. I have a ton more energy everyday when I work out and I am drinking twice the amount of water I normally drink.The best part is that it has curbed my craving for sweets.I really do recommend this product to anyone who wants to lose weight and feel better about themselves.Thank you so much!    “China’s Secret Recipe” That is what is on the box and half of the box is written in Chinese. I had no idea that these came from China until I received my order. The only contact info on the box or insert to these pills is a website that is not valid so where these actually come from must also be a “Secret”

   I really wanted to write a glowing review about my progress. Against my better judgement, I did try these pills for 1 week and lost 6 pounds which is very hard for me to do. I experienced shortness of breath and heart palpitations which led me to further research the product only to find that there is no information to be found. However, I did find that diet pill companies originating from China change names frequently. There are news articles on the web linking diet pills being imported from China and that they sometimes contain banned or prescription drugs. People have experienced liver or kidney failure, heart attacks, strokes and even death. The biggest Red Flag about these diet pills is that there is no contact information or way of finding out where these came from. How can we trust that what the box says is what is truly in them? What about drug interactions with other medications you may be taking?

   The decision to use these is a personal one that I hope people will take into serious consideration and take time to research on your own. Let someone know you’re taking these so that if an emergency arises, they will know what could be the cause. Who knows for certain that the ingredients listed on the box is truly what is inside each tablet? I am worried about what chemicals I may have subjected my organs to, especially my liver. I would love to lose some weight but I refuse to lose my life over vanity or create irreversible health problems in the process.

   Yesterday was my second day with this pill, the first day it was ok I felt really weak, but I was able to sleep fine,
   
   yesterday my second day I got scared I took the pill at 7 am I drank plenty of water and ate, but at 8 pm I got the wost headache, got really weak, I felt like I was going to pass out, I was even afraid of taking a tylenol, but i took it at 9 pm and I started feeling better.

   The product does suppressed the appetite, but i did not get any energy at all, instead i felt weak had to leave work 3 hours early.

   Everyone is different it didn’t work for me but it could work for some else, remember not everyone is the same but be careful i got really scared last night.

   I’ve been taking this product for almost 2 weeks now. I’ve lost about 7 pounds, but I’ve also been on Phase 1 of South Beach and working out 3-4 times per week. Of course, it’s relatively easy to lose like this when you first start dieting, so take that into account.

   This definitely suppresses your appetite… there have been times where I’ve had to force myself to eat. There are definite side effects, but most go away after a few days. I was incredibly lightheaded, foggy-brained, and had a headache. I didn’t find that this gave me any energy at all and at first I felt like I might faint if I exercised too hard because of the lightheadedness. I haven’t had any sleeping problems, but I always take the pill in the morning. I have had dry mouth- the first few days though, were the worst.

   I would worry about taking this long-term, but I just plan on taking it for the 30 days. I have an event to go to and need to lose weight to fit into a dress. It does suppress your appetite quite a bit, and if you’re like me and find it hard not to stray from a diet, this may work for you.

   This product is awesome, I have been taking it for about 6 months total so far and have lost over 20 pounds without exercising. Exercising is great but to to some health problems I cant work out right now, but super slim have kept me successful.

   I have been taking this product for 6 months off and on. I never really believed that it would work but after my in-law lost over 30 pounds in less than two months, my wife and I decided to try them. I took them for three months and went from 195lbs down to 175 lbs. I stopped taking them for about a month and decided I wanted to shed off 10-15 more pounds. I stared them again about a month and a half ago and am now at 165lbs. I will stop taking them after I finish this next box and see what happens. Hopefully I won’t gain the wait back.
