I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT. IT MESSED UP MY STOMACH. IT MADE ME MORE BLOATED THAN EVER. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. EVERYBODY SYSTEM IS DIFFERENT. DOES NOT HELP YOU LOSE WEIGHT. THE ONLY WAY TO LOSE WEIGHT IS TO EXERCISE AND WATCH YOUR DIET.

Unlike some other reviewers, I do not like the taste. I have to force myself to drink it, with lots of sugar. I drank a glass at bedtime, waiting for the bathroom to call, I waited for 12 hours. Not what I had expected from the other reviews. No cramping,no ill side effects.It did help me to eliminate some extra waste I suppose. I have only started to drink it, I will add more to my review if anything changes.
